Reminders for Teams provides reminder and collaboration tooling for business teams. You agree to use the service in compliance with applicable laws and your organization’s internal policies.
Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance according to the selected billing interval. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information and authorizing recurring charges until cancellation.
Cancellation and Renewals
You can cancel renewal from billing settings. Access remains available through the paid period unless otherwise required by law or contractual terms.
Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for actions taken under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
Data and Content
You retain ownership of your reminder data and uploaded content. You grant us permission to process this data only to operate, secure, and improve the service.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for illegal activity, unauthorized access attempts, abusive traffic, or storing prohibited content. We may suspend access for serious violations.
Service Availability and Changes
We strive for reliable service, but uptime is not guaranteed. Planned maintenance and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect availability. We may update functionality to improve security, reliability, or product value.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties and liability is limited to amounts paid under your subscription for the relevant claim period.
Termination
Either party may terminate use under these terms. Upon termination, access may be revoked and data handling follows the retention commitments in our privacy policy and legal obligations.
